Thick-cut, 5 day, in-house made beef bacon. Coming from the beef belly (or navel), this Prime grade cut has outstanding fat marbling that when brined for 5 days, smoked for 4 hours, and then seared on high heat creates an aroma that is sure to discipline your kitchen. These slices are thick enough to be eaten by a fork and knife as an appetizer or can be used for a BLT. Includes 5-6 slices, vacuum sealed. Requires simple pan frying or baking.
